BIM Modeler

Location: Nampa, Idaho
We’re currently looking for qualified modelers/drafters to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for creating highly detailed and coordinated models for architectural, and structural components. You will work with a game-changing team and cross train throughout all disciplines.s
Requirements:
- AAS Degree in drafting technology or equivalent
- Proficient in Revit modeling is a must—minimum 2 years experience
- Reading and understanding construction documents is required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Accountable and proactive
- High level of commitment to accuracy—keen eye for details
- Good people skills, good attitude, and the ability to work in a team setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Model & integrate product disciplines using Revit
- Model & integrate families using Revit
- Review PDF’s and update BIM Model accordingly using Bluebeam
- Review PDF’s and mark-up inconsistencies using Bluebeam
- Report clashes and issues to the integration team, project coordinators and project design leads
- Document shop drawings using Revit
- Draft and detail assemblies using Revit
- Develop schedules, line diagrams and legends in Revit
