BIM Modeler

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Nampa, Idaho

We’re currently looking for qualified modelers/drafters to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for creating highly detailed and coordinated models for architectural, and structural components. You will work with a game-changing team and cross train throughout all disciplines.s

Requirements:

• AAS Degree in drafting technology or equivalent

• Proficient in Revit modeling is a must—minimum 2 years experience

• Reading and understanding construction documents is required

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Accountable and proactive

• High level of commitment to accuracy—keen eye for details

• Good people skills, good attitude, and the ability to work in a team setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Model & integrate product disciplines using Revit

• Model & integrate families using Revit

• Review PDF’s and update BIM Model accordingly using Bluebeam

• Review PDF’s and mark-up inconsistencies using Bluebeam

• Report clashes and issues to the integration team, project coordinators and project design leads

• Document shop drawings using Revit

• Draft and detail assemblies using Revit

• Develop schedules, line diagrams and legends in Revit
